We are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our agency team – ideally, someone who has experience working within Information Technology (IT) recruiting. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a veteran mindset and adequate market familiarity in technical recruitment. You should be highly motivated and tenacious enough to keep up with the pace of our fast-moving candidate-driven market.

Responsibilities (Tasks associated with the Role)

  • Take active part and ownership in the whole recruitment process from applications’ sourcing, interviews, and offers. You will be managing the entire E2E recruitment process of your candidates.
  • Write and post technical job descriptions on specialist IT job boards, social media, and any other relevant channels
  • Source, screen and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles
  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
  • Build a candidate CRM to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified candidates – ensuring candidate data is kept updated
  • Support our on-boarding process
  • Develop recruitment strategies and marketing campaigns

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3+ years of end to end recruitment experience, ideally as a Technical Recruiter
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Good business acumen, highly-driven, results-oriented, and committed to the achievement of excellence
  • Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Bachelor’s/College Degree specializing in Human Resources, Psychology, or other related fields.
  • Ability to learn and use other industry-related software
  • Competency using Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Self-directed and able to work with less supervision.
  • Must have the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Strong customer service and presentation skills.
