We are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our agency team – ideally, someone who has experience working within Information Technology (IT) recruiting. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a veteran mindset and adequate market familiarity in technical recruitment. You should be highly motivated and tenacious enough to keep up with the pace of our fast-moving candidate-driven market.
Responsibilities (Tasks associated with the Role)
- Take active part and ownership in the whole recruitment process from applications’ sourcing, interviews, and offers. You will be managing the entire E2E recruitment process of your candidates.
- Write and post technical job descriptions on specialist IT job boards, social media, and any other relevant channels
- Source, screen and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
- Build a candidate CRM to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified candidates – ensuring candidate data is kept updated
- Support our on-boarding process
- Develop recruitment strategies and marketing campaigns
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of end to end recruitment experience, ideally as a Technical Recruiter
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Good business acumen, highly-driven, results-oriented, and committed to the achievement of excellence
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
- Bachelor’s/College Degree specializing in Human Resources, Psychology, or other related fields.
- Ability to learn and use other industry-related software
- Competency using Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Self-directed and able to work with less supervision.
- Must have the ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong customer service and presentation skills.
